database to identify patients who had undergone noncontiguous anterior cervical fusion. Baseline characteristics and postoperative variables were evaluated. Primary outcome was the presence of symptomatic degeneration at the intermediate segment. Results: Of 2107 total cases, we identified 22 cases of noncontiguous anterior cervical fusion.
