Guidelines for Video

The video should be in a style and in terms that will be understandable and accessible to a general medical audience. The main language must be English, but we welcome subtitles in another language.

Video file formats (maximum size 100 mb): MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, or FLV.

Length: Maximum 5 minutes.

Please use the codified compression parameters that video sharing sites recommend for STREAMING. Often these are standard options from your editing software. A comprehensive guide is available from the vimeo (https://help.vimeo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056550451).

Copyrighted material: If you wish to use material from previously published work or from other sources, you must obtain the appropriate permissions from the relevant publisher or copyright owner and provide proper credit.

Background music: DO NOT include background music in your video, due to copyright laws.

Note: The video will not be edited by our production team. It is the responsibility of the authors to check their video for misspellings and grammatical errors.
